Platform Monitoring
The Centaur® Management Portal offers robust platform management capabilities for all components of the Centaur® Data Platform, including Platform Monitoring and Data Observability. This section primarily focuses on the HL7™ Engine data traceability, allowing users to efficiently manage and troubleshoot their HL7™ data workflows.
In addition to the existing functionalities, users can:
- View detailed channel statuses to assess the health of data transmission processes.
- Configure channels to suit specific data routing needs, enabling seamless customization of workflows.
- View message histories to trace data transformations across different stages, promoting transparency and auditability.
- Retrigger errored messages directly from the portal, ensuring quick recovery without system downtime.
The Platform Monitoring section offers easy access to various dashboards, enabling users to monitor data flow from source to destination, alongside a specialized HL7™ Engine success/error metrics dashboard. These dashboards are designed for real-time visibility into the health and performance of the platform.
